We ship orders Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service.  Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.  Check back for future updates regarding our shipping policy.

If you would like insurance, the following rates will be applied to your order:

Orders shipped without insurance are the responsibility of the customer in the event of damage or loss during shipment.

Return Policy

We will do our best to ensure your order is accurate and complete.  However, we are human.  If there is an error on our part, we will correct it.  Books, charts, patterns, kits, fabric, and thread are non-returnable.  Other items must be returned within 15 days, unopened and in a condition suitable for resale.  All returns must have a copy of the invoice attached with name, address, and phone number.
